Shipping & Returns


We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 2-3 days from the order date. Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders are processed from Hertfordshire, UK.



If you would like to place an order overseas, please get in touch and we can arrange for you. Please note we are unable to send ceramic pieces overseas. Where applicable the customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may occur.



If you wish to return an item for some reason, please notify us as soon as possible at

Items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customers responsibility until we receive it back - we therefore suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance and ship back in original packaging. 

We are unable to refund on any orders that are returned to us damaged.

Please note we do not accept returns on final sale items. 

All of the goods are handmade by independent artisans using organic materials therefore they are of a delicate nature and may vary between orders.
