All products on our website are set up as optional delivery or collection from SG7 6RE (approx 1 hour north of London). For home delivery, we will provide an accurate courier quote shortly after your purchase. This will be charged separately, and delivery will be arranged at a time convenient for you. If you would like a courier quote before purchasing, please email livvy@arbala.co.uk.
LONDON COLLECTION: In some cases, I may be able to bring your order to London for collection from Ladbroke Grove, W10 5LY. To enquire about this option, please email livvy@arbala.co.uk and select collection at checkout.
We offer free shipping for all UK orders that are post-able. This will be automatically applied at checkout if applicable.
Currently, our pieces online are only available to UK customers. However, we are accepting made-to-order requests on an individual basis. We can source and commission specific pieces, shipping them directly from Morocco to customers worldwide.

Yes we accept returns. You have 14 days to notify us of wanting a refund and you have a further 14 days to return the item.
We do not offer free returns, you are required to cover the cost of returning the item and are responsible for it arriving back to us in the same condition as it was sold.
