For items that are not suitable to post, your order can either be collected in person or a courier can be arranged for delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of the courier. Collection is from Baldock, Herts (approx 1 hour north of London). You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection and we can discuss delivery options if necessary.
Currently, our pieces online are only available to UK customers. However, we are accepting made-to-order requests on an individual basis. We can source and commission specific pieces, shipping them directly from Morocco to customers worldwide.

Yes we accept returns. You have 14 days to notify us of wanting a refund and you have a further 14 days to return the item.
We do not offer free returns, you are required to cover the cost of returning the item and are responsible for it arriving back to us in the same condition as it was sold.
