Currently, we only accept returns on a case-by-case basis. We do our very best to provide accurate measurements as well as describing any item imperfections or flaws. Most of our items are second-hand, therefore there tends to always be some general wear and tear. Please take this into consideration before making your purchase.
All products on our website are set up as optional delivery or collection from SG7 6RE (approx 1 hour north of London). For home delivery, we will provide an accurate courier quote shortly after your purchase. This will be charged separately, and delivery will be arranged at a time convenient for you. If you would like a courier quote before purchasing, please email livvy@arbala.co.uk.
Yes in some cases I might be able to bring your order to London for collection from Ladbroke Grove, Notting Hill.

Yes, definitely! I offer a sourcing service and custom furniture requests where I can. A £350 non-refundable deposit is required, which is fully redeemable against your order.
