Returns

All of Arbala's pieces are handmade by artisans using organic materials so there may be variants but these are not considered defects or damages and do not meet the requirements for return or exchange.

However, if you have changed your mind, we have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our studio for a refund. The refund does not include the shipping costs.

*Please note we do not accept returns on sale items, international orders, trade or wholesale orders.

We do not offer free returns, you are required to cover the cost of returning the item and are responsible for it arriving back to us in the same condition as it was sold. 

We are unable to refund on any orders that are returned to us damaged or arrive after 14 days. If you have requested a refund, it will be processed as soon as we receive the order back safely in our studio discounting the original shipping price.
